 Concierge Services 

When will my project be completed?


Please see your agreed upon contract which was signed before your project intake form was sent. While we understand that life happens, for the workflow of our affiliates we ask that if an extension is necessary you contact them at least a week prior to your specified completion date.




What is your refund/cancellation policy?


Consummate Home™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any concierge service request for any reason. If your request is refused before any work has begun you will receive a full refund. If your request is refused prior to any work being completed your payment will be refunded according to the percentage of work completed.





 Directory and Community 

I’ve submitted my business, but I haven’t seen it in the directory. Why is that?


Our directory is a very heavily curated collection of brands we feel represent a certain quality and aesthetic. Our vetting may take up to 14 days. It’s not that we don’t love you and want to see you win as a black professional (We absolutely do). We just feel that your brand may not fit our client’s needs. If you would like a brand consultation please do not hesitate to reach out to us at branding@consummatehome.com.
