 Product Orders and Shipments 

When will my order ship?

Most of our products require specialty packaging and therefore shipments are processed every Tuesday. Each shipment will go out the following Tuesday of your order being placed, unless otherwise specified. You will receive your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order.

What is your return policy?

Consummate Home™ aims for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at within five (5) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Due to the limited run nature of the products that we create with you and your beautiful, well-designed home in mind, we do not offer cancelations or refunds after your order is placed.

What is your address change policy?

We do not offer address changes once your order has been placed. Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx for larger items and USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 for paper products to see if an address reroute can be accommodated. This is not always guaranteed.

What is your lost/missing/stolen package policy?

Once your order has been successfully logged with the US Postal Service or FedEx for delivery, Consummate Home™ is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please email for claim instructions.

 Concierge Services 

When will my project be completed?

Please see your agreed upon contract which was signed before your project intake form was sent. While we understand that life happens, for the workflow of our affiliates we ask that if an extension is necessary you contact them at least a week prior to your specified completion date.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Consummate Home™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any concierge service request for any reason. If your request is refused before any work has begun you will receive a full refund. If your request is refused prior to any work being completed your payment will be refunded according to the percentage of work completed.

 Directory and Community 

I’ve submitted my business, but I haven’t seen it in the directory. Why is that?

Our directory is a very heavily curated collection of brands we feel represent a certain quality and aesthetic. Our vetting may take up to 14 days. It’s not that we don’t love you and want to see you win as a black professional (We absolutely do). We just feel that your brand may not fit our client’s needs.
